How do I schedule a workshop?

• Send us an email, and we’ll get it set up! To get started, please include your contact info, preferred dates, number of attendees, and anything else you’d like us to know.

Can I order chainmail pieces online? Will you ship them?

• Yes and yes! Send us an email if you see a piece you like, have a custom idea, or would like to place an order. We’ll work with you on the piece, timeline, and shipping details to get your order headed your way.

What materials do you use in your products?

• We use a mix of materials including stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and brass. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about materials.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

• We primarily use stainless steel in our jewelry because it is safe for sensitive skin. Our products are tested by Lauren who is highly allergic to nickel, but please reach out with any questions.

Do you offer pieces in specific materials?

• We might! Send us a message with your custom request and we will see what we can do.

How durable are your products?

• While we wouldn’t take our products into an actual battle, our armor is made to stand up to costume wear and tear. Jewelry pieces are designed for daily use. 

Can I request a custom design, size, weave, or color combo?

• Absolutely! Custom requests are welcome.

How do I clean and care for my product over time?

• Mild soap and water for visible dirt. Be sure to dry with a clean cloth afterwards.

Are your products waterproof?

• Stainless steel is waterproof! But we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, lounging in swamps, etc.

Do you offer gift cards?

• We do not offer gift cards at this time.

Do you sell anywhere in person?
